Square Yards UAE is actively seeking high-performing and result-driven Sales Leaders to take ownership of full business units with complete P&L responsibility. This role is designed for experienced professionals who can lead large-scale sales operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing strong sales teams while driving aggressive revenue growth. This is a leadership-intensive role requiring deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, broker networks, and high-ticket deal closures in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage full P&L responsibilities for assigned business units
• Build, lead, and scale broker networks, channel partners, and direct sales teams
• Drive top-line revenue growth and ensure consistent monthly and quarterly sales closures
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to dominate real estate markets
• Establish and manage strong developer partnerships and inventory acquisition channels
• Lead high-performing teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of revenue targets
Requirements:
• Strong background in UAE real estate or high-ticket sales environments
• Proven track record of achieving multi-million revenue targets
• Experience in leading large sales teams and broker/channel networks
• Strong leadership, execution, and performance-driven mindset
• Deep understanding of developer sales cycles and real estate market dynamics
• Mandatory prior experience in UAE real estate sector
