Description:
A growing company in Dubai is urgently looking to hire a Sales Executive / Administrative & E-commerce Assistant to support daily business operations and customer service activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling both administrative duties and online sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will play an important role in managing customer orders, supporting online sales activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers across multiple channels. Candidates with previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or the pet industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders received through the company website and online sales platforms
• Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and proper organization of customer purchase details
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory updates and order fulfillment processes
• Provide administrative assistance including data entry, documentation, and basic reporting tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up professionally to maintain strong client relationships
• Support sales operations and assist with day-to-day business activities as required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Assist in improving customer experience through timely support and professional service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administration, e-commerce, sales support, or order processing is preferred
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry procedures
• Strong communication skills in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Experience within the retail or pet care industry will be an advantage
