Description:
Q Nutra Pharma is seeking a skilled Pharma Coordinator to join its growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with practical experience in pharmaceutical production and packaging who are committed to maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily production activities, maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient production operations. Candidates currently based in the UAE who possess strong technical knowledge and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily pharmaceutical production and packaging activities to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Update and maintain SAP transactions related to production, inventory movements, and documentation.
• Monitor production workflows and support continuous operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production and/or packaging coordination.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), production documentation, and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience using SAP for production entries, material movements, and documentation tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.
