Description:
Novelty Shipping Services LLC is seeking an experienced Operation Executive – Shipping & Logistics to manage daily shipping operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export procedures, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
The selected candidate will coordinate shipments, manage operational records, communicate with customers and shipping partners, and ensure smooth logistics processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Dubai Trade portal customs bills and municipality clearance processes.
• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations.
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and customers.
• Track shipments and provide accurate status updates to clients.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
• Experience in import/export, freight, and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (if applicable).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to speak Hindi, Urdu, and English.
