Athoor Rentals Group is expanding its business operations across multiple companies and is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager / Financial Controller to establish and oversee a centralized finance function. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to build robust financial systems while providing complete financial visibility and control across the group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finance operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash flow management, and strong financial governance. Working closely with Group Directors, the selected professional will play a critical role in supporting business growth and strategic decision-making.
This position is ideal for a finance leader with experience in multi-company structures, financial control, and ERP systems. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee finance operations across all group companies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidated group reports.
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting processes.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and approval procedures.
• Develop management dashboards, financial metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support management with accurate forecasting and financial planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA are preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience working with multi-company accounting structures and group reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
