- Reconfirms the validity of the passport, visa, and category applied for and photographs even after the verification done by the service desk at the reception.
- Responsible for primary data entry.
- Accepts service charge, courier charge and passport/visa fee in cash.
- Prints three receipts, one for the Applicant, one for the Consulate and one for BLS records.
- Explains post submission procedure and informing applicant how to track his/her application.
- Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
- Attach category wise file reference barcode stickers on the application form and back of the passport.
- Tagging of the application by color coding as required.
- Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
- Compliance with Behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International Services.
- By end of the day to check that all the applications are done and arranged for the Consulate team to pick up next day morning.
