Job Summary

To manage and control various financial and accounting and taxation systems and procedures of the company in accordance with the internationally accepted standard, and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system.

What you will do

• Assist in month-end closing and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Oversee employee expense report processing, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely invoice processing. Prepare management reports on accounts payable and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify and implement efficient accounts payable processes, collaborate with other departments, and support audits. Review and process invoices, verify receipts and approvals, enter payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Collaborate on improving accounts payable processes, monitor financial transactions, and enhance accounting procedures.
• Manage all aspects of VAT compliance, including preparation, filing, and payment of VAT Returns.
• Conducts monthly bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and petty cash reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of Accrued accounts on monthly basis. • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that all invoices and purchase orders are collated, entered in the system and filed for processing.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

• Graduate degree in commerce / accounting / finance & tax with knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Systems is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; TALLY expertise will be preferred

Minimum Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in Accounts Payable Profile will be preferred
