Description:

A well-established organization based in Dubai is currently looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join their finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and hands-on experience in managing accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with UAE laws and accounting standards

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and closely monitor cash flow activities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting

• Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports for internal review

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return filings

• Maintain and update the general ledger, including processing journal entries

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits

• Handle payroll processing in compliance with UAE labor regulations, if required

• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms for daily accounting operations

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CPA certification

• Preference will be given to Filipino candidates

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply

• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE

• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial compliance requirements

• Practical experience with ERP systems is essential

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
