Description:
EXL Auditing is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Auditor to join its professional team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting and finance professionals with audit experience who are looking to further their careers in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audit assignments, reviewing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting clients with accurate financial reporting. Candidates with UAE audit experience and professional accounting certifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal and external audit assignments in accordance with professional standards.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify financial risks, internal control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a clear and professional manner.
• Assist with financial analysis and other audit-related assignments as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of audit experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Auditing standards and audit procedures
• Financial reporting and accounting principles
• Microsoft Excel and accounting/audit software
