Description:

A rapidly expanding organization in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Accounts Payable Cum Admin professional to become part of its team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in both financial operations and office administration who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment transactions.

• Maintain and update accounts payable records, financial documents, invoices, and payment-related files.

• Perform bank reconciliations and accurately enter accounting information into company systems.

• Track payment deadlines, monitor outstanding balances, and communicate with suppliers regarding payment matters.

• Support petty cash management and assist with routine accounting activities as required.

• Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

• Organize, maintain, and update company records, files, and documentation in an efficient manner.

• Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate operational requirements and administrative processes.

• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding documentation, payments, and other business-related matters.

• Assist management with administrative support and office coordination when necessary.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Payable and Administrative position.

• Strong understanding of accounting procedures, financial record-keeping, and office administration practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Previous work experience within the UAE market is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
