Description:

Mullapully is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant & Secretary to become part of its growing team in Ajman. This position is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage accounting functions while providing administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable handling financial records, documentation, correspondence, and day-to-day office administration. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily accounting activities.

• Prepare, organize, and manage company documents and reports.

• Handle business correspondence, emails, and administrative tasks.

• Support office operations while ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation.

• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office applications to perform assigned duties efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal departments and assist with general office administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Previous UAE work experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage accounting responsibilities alongside administrative and secretarial duties.

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
