Hiring Help Desk Engineer for a software company in Dubai “UAE residents only”
Job Description:
Provide first line support for all users
Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
Perform hardware and software installations.
Respond to users Tickets and requests
Provides peripheral equipment support (e.g., printers, scanners, faxes, and cameras), wireless networking, Laptop support etc.
Some positions are accountable for maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
Research and troubleshoot basic to mid-level IT related issues.
Provide 7×24 ‘on-site’ troubleshooting for all IT Organization.
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with IT and business stakeholders
The ability to effectively prioritize individual workload
Job qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or Communication Engineering
Valid Residency in UAE is a must
Have at least one year experience as an IT helpdesk
CCNA knowledge
MCITP or MCSE knowledge.
