Description:

Urgent Hiring for one of our client in UAE to provide support to the Dubai based Global Mobility Services team in terms of proper documentations and follow ups with the concerned assignees including maintenance of an accurate database in Global Mobility Management.

Position: Global Mobility Analyst

Location: Dubai Salary: 9500 AED

Experience of min 4 – 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the proper documentation of global assignees, to ensure that GMC has collected all the necessary requirements and information prior to mobilization.
• Liaise with “KSA IT department” for any downtime of the system, reviewing causes of failure and advising all users of down time schedule.
• Provide support to the team in running bulk projections using the global management system.
• As applicable, review submitted invoices from the local vendors to ensure that invoices are accurate and according to agreed SLAs.
• Generate and submit reports to GMC as required
