Hiring a female Front Desk Receptionist to join their growing team!
As the Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance for Co-working spaces and Serviced Offices. The ideal candidate must have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information to clients who are looking to lease our spaces. A customer-oriented approach is essential, as the goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
The optimal candidate will have front desk/guest relation experience in the hospitality/aviation industry and be a native Arabic speaker to better communicate with our clients.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Handle all telephone inquiries and redirect them appropriately.
- Liaison and build relationships with regular and repeat guests.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Hospitality/Airlines Industry.
- Must have experience in a 4-Star/5-Star hotel in UAE.
- Exposure in CRM and good written communication & E-Mail drafting skills.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Competency in computer skills.
- Working Days: Monday – Friday and Alternative Saturdays.
