Food Safety & Hygiene Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• HACCP in Practice (Level 3 Award in Food Safety)
• Advanced Food Hygiene (Level 4 Award in Food Safety)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a workload
• Familiarity with the UAE Health & Safety & Food Safety regulations is required with exposure to online quality assurance
• ISO 22000 certifications would be an advantage
