Hiring – Finance Manager (Owner Association Background)

Reliance Asset Management is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a solid background in Owners Association (OA) finance. If you have expertise in MOLAK, RERA compliance, and managing community service charge budgets, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations for Owner Associations
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets, cash flow reports, and financial statements
• Ensure full compliance with RERA and MOLAK financial regulations
• Handle audits, escrow accounts, and trust account reconciliations
• Coordinate with OA managers, banks, and government entities
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to management
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, specifically within Owner Association management
• Proven experience working with MOLAK and RERA regulations
• Strong understanding of community budgeting, auditing, and financial compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP or OA management software is a plus
