Description:
A leading hospitality design consultancy based in Dubai is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Hospitality Designer to lead the development of landmark hospitality projects across the region. The role involves working on hotels, resorts, branded residences, and F&B/wellness spaces, ensuring design excellence aligned with international hospitality standards.
This is a hybrid role combining design leadership, technical engineering coordination, and hospitality operational understanding. The selected candidate will oversee projects from concept development through construction documentation while collaborating closely with MEP and structural engineering teams. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design development for hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and branded residences
• Manage projects from concept stage through construction documentation
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with international hospitality brand standards
• Resolve technical design clashes and construction-related issues
• Develop high-quality architectural and technical drawings
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years of experience in hospitality design or engineering consultancy
• Strong portfolio of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, F&B, wellness spaces)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
• Knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or V-Ray is a plus
• Ability to interpret MEP and structural drawings and resolve technical issues
• Strong understanding of international hospitality brand standards
• Strong knowledge of:
• Hospitality design and project delivery
• BIM and technical coordination processes
• Architectural and engineering integration
