Description:

Nine To Nine Hub is a fast-growing digital marketing and business support agency working with clients across multiple industries including laundry services, beauty salons, fashion retail, and various local businesses. The company is currently seeking a motivated and organized Admin & Telecalling Executive to join its Dubai office.

The ideal candidate will handle both administrative responsibilities and telecalling tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between leads, clients, and internal operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail in managing daily office activities and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on inbound leads from landing pages, social media, and digital campaigns

• Communicate with potential customers to understand requirements and confirm inquiries or appointments

• Coordinate and forward qualified leads to respective clients

• Handle B2B inquiries and identify new business opportunities

• Prepare and submit lead reports to management

• Manage daily office administrative tasks and correspondence

• Handle emails, calls, and official communications

• Maintain client and operational records in an organized manner

• Track petty cash, office expenses, bills, and receipts

• Prepare expense reports for management review

• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email

• Provide basic project and campaign support to clients

• Maintain and update databases using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and related systems

• Generate reports on leads, client communication, and expenses

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

• Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam (Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

• Understanding of basic digital marketing and Meta ads preferred

• Strong knowledge of:
