Description:

Awok is looking for a Dispatch Manager for our Warehouse in DIP (Dubai Investment Park)

Must have E-Commerce Experience

Operations related KPIs and SLAs are achieved on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Create new efficient processes and SOPs

Give productive training/Coaching to supervisors & team members and having all aligned with business goals at all times

Scheduling and routing product deliveries

Making sure vehicles are not overloaded and that all loads fall within standard weight limits for each vehicle

Coordinating with all fleet drivers and courier partners across UAE

Working very close with customer care and fulfillment center to analyze order cancellations

Responsible to resolve daily issues on the same day and do necessary communication with other departments if when needed

Manages the performance of dispatch staff including hiring and disciplinary actions
