Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Design Manager Architect to join our team. As a Design Manager Architect ,
you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our design projects, ensuring their successful completion from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and manage the design process to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of designers, engineers, and other professionals involved in the design process.
- Plan, organize, and manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting in problem-solving and fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as R&D, production, and marketing to align design objectives with overall business goals.
- Review and evaluate design concepts, proposals, and prototypes, providing constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance design processes and outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand and address project requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture .
- 10years of Experience within UAE
- Proven experience in design engineering, with a focus on progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interaction.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a track record of driving innovative and practical design solutions.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
