Description:
SeAir Global Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Land Freight (FTL & LTL) to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with a proven background in land freight forwarding who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base, developing new business opportunities, and promoting land freight solutions while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates currently available in the UAE with relevant Dubai experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the land freight business.
• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) freight solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
• University Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land freight forwarding experience in Dubai.
• Proven experience in FTL and LTL freight sales.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to achieve sales targets and manage key client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Land freight forwarding operations.
• FTL and LTL transportation services.
• Business development and B2B sales.
