Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good knowledge about company’s products, policies and processes to provide quick and quality support to customers.
  • Manage and respond to all customer requests (Email & Phone)
  • Responding to reviews left on social networks.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information on the company’s CRM
  • Acknowledging and promptly resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Excellent communication and Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to calmly and quickly resolve queries and provide relevant information as and when requested by the client(s)
