What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry
- Respond to online chat inquiries and follow defined procedures and policies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing projects
- Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to adhere to regulated guidelines for communications
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
- Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual proficiency
