Requirements:

• LLB or CS or ACCA
• At least 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role, within a corporate company, preferably in compliance management & company incorporation.
• With an In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standard practices, regulations, and of legal requirements and controls (i.e., ESR, AML, UBO etc).
• With an analytical mind and keen eye for detail and the complexities of procedures and regulations.
• A business acumen with dedication to legality.
• With excellent communication skills, integrity, and professional ethics.
