A growing organization in the UAE construction sector is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in HR operations who can effectively manage employee-related processes while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour regulations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in handling day-to-day HR functions, supporting workforce management, and maintaining structured HR practices within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative activities across the organization
• Ensure all HR processes comply with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with PROs regarding visa processing, labor cards, and other government-related formalities
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration of employee benefits
• Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency
Key Requirements:
• 4–8 years of HR experience within the UAE construction industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, visa handling, and HR administration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
