Welo Data is currently hiring remote Search Quality Raters to support an ongoing project aimed at improving the accuracy, relevance, and usefulness of search engine results. This role is ideal for English-speaking individuals in the United States who want flexible, remote work contributing to the development and refinement of AI-driven search systems.
As a Search Quality Rater, you will evaluate how well search results match user intent and follow structured guidelines provided by the project. Your feedback plays an important role in helping search engines deliver more meaningful and accurate results to everyday users.
No technical background or prior experience is required, as full training and evaluation guidelines will be provided before you begin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate search engine results based on relevance and usefulness to user queries
• Answer simple evaluation questions (true/false and rating-based assessments)
• Analyze whether search results meet user intent according to structured guidelines
• Perform online rating tasks that contribute to improving AI and search engine performance
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation standards
• Complete assigned tasks within available project timeframes
Job Details:
• Remote work available within the United States
• Flexible schedule with a target of 10 working hours per week (up to 29 hours depending on task availability)
• Work volume may fluctuate based on project demand
• Minimum requirement is to meet 10 hours when tasks are available in the queue
• Project-based role with an estimated duration of 12 months, with possible extension
• Start date: ASAP

Required Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
