Description:
Art Nouveau Decor FZ LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Associate to join their expanding team. This role plays a key part in supporting various departments including design, production, and project operations, ensuring that the organization maintains a strong workforce, efficient processes, and a positive work culture aligned with global luxury standards.
The ideal candidate will contribute to managing the complete employee lifecycle while maintaining structured HR practices that reflect the company’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Growth.
Position Objective:
• Assist in managing end-to-end employee processes, from recruitment to engagement and retention
• Ensure HR systems, policies, and procedures are well-organized, compliant, and aligned with company values
• Contribute to building a performance-oriented and collaborative workplace environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment activities for technical and operational roles such as design, production, and project teams
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and employee file management
• Maintain accurate attendance records, leave tracking systems, and HR databases
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate closely with the finance department
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a performance-driven culture
• Organize HR documentation and ensure clear internal communication across departments
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within fit-out, construction, or manufacturing sectors
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR operational practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or HR management systems
