Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Commis I for the Main Kitchen, preferably Indian Nationality.
The candidate must be in UAE. Prepares the daily mis-en place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen. Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes.
Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards. Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
Control wastage and spoilage by keeping it at a minimum and to be aware of the food cost.
To maintain your departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all times and to report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to your Superior. Committed to delivering true hospitality.
