Urgent Requirement of Civil Quantity Surveyor

Minimum 10+ years in UAE with Eng Consultancy firm

Job Description:

• Tender preparation as per FIDIC and Non- FIDIC, floating and clarifications.
• Measurement for & preparation of Bills of Quantities for various project elements including Architectural, Civil, Steel and MEP.
• Preparation of the Conditions of Contract for tenders.
• Pre-qualification of Contractors.
• Tender evaluation and preparing the short listed subcontractors.
• Attending negotiation meetings during tenders.
• Pre-contract negotiation with short listed subcontractors.
• Preparation of contract documents and formalizing it with the Client & Contractors.
• Finalizing contract documents with the clients and Various Contractors,
• Administering the Main Contract with the Employer and Contractor.
• Advising the Interim Payment Certification.
• Administrating Contract’s Variations /claims /conflicts…etc.
