Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving B2B partnerships and growing our meal plan subscription base. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales, relationship building, and health-conscious food services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract corporate clients, gyms, fitness centers, health clinics, and wellness-focused businesses.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals to expand our B2B partnerships.
- Promote our meal plan subscription service to individuals and corporate groups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth areas.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or B2B partnerships (preferably in F&B, health, wellness, or hospitality sectors).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for health-conscious food and lifestyle is a plus.
