Business Development Executives

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who preferably possesses experience in the field of recruitment and HR consultancy. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills and should be currently residing in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through direct meeting.
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Search the labor market and identify potential clients.
• Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service.
• Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
• Prepare monthly business reports.
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least minimum 2 years of experience in HR Consultancy marketing.
• Candidate who have marketing experience in Construction/ facility/health care were consider with priority.
• Candidate must have valid UAE License.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf recruitment
• Should be presentable and have convincing skills.
• Must have worked on a target based model with an excellent track record of achieving the monthly target.
