Description:

Workx, the talent management division of Blue Ocean Academy is looking for a Brand Supervisor (Arabic speaking).

A leading distributor and retailer based in UAE.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Responsible for the Brand sales accomplishment, control of stocks, order booking, follow-up on merchandising, identification of the slow moving products and to make efforts to liquidate the same.
• Coordinate with the Brand Manager to advise the Department Manager in turn to plan and set the monthly duty schedule for sales team of the respective brands.
• Assist and coordinate with Brand Manager for implementing the marketing activities.
• Assist the Brand Manager for finalizing the orders with the principals.
• Market Research to learn competitor’s activity.
• Mentor and monitor the performance of Beauty Advisors.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞

• 6-8 years’ experience handling Beauty & Cosmetics Products
• Must have good market knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Area
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Friendly, people oriented, customer driven individual
• Valid UAE Driving License with own Car.
