We are hiring a Service/Sales Coordinator for a Water treatment company in Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide the necessary support to the Field Service team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. Experience / knowledge – CRM/ERP tasks/operations/process, prequalification docs, water treatment operations, water treatment industry experience background, method statements, official letter to client/supplier and costing/quotation and provide proper feedback.
Process execution according to the service portfolio throughout the whole project lifecycle process (installation, planning, execution, control and commissioning).
Managing of Service Schedules, Invoicing Schedules, approval of WCR’s/GRN from the sites and follow up pending WCR list.
Monitoring of Invoicing, backlogs and Customer Orders. Monitoring of Rejected invoices with action plan for resubmission for approval.
Monitoring of overall workflow timelines including service delivery.
Client relationship management at first level operational contacts, representing the organization to the customer; ownership of customer satisfaction.
A suitable applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
