Hiring Beverage Manager with Specialty Coffee Experience

We’re hiring a skilled Beverage Manager with Specialty Coffee experience to join our team. If you have a proven track record in managing beverage operations and a deep understanding of the Specialty Coffee industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire beverage program, including menu development, costing, sourcing, staff training & and quality control.
• Lead a team of dedicated baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a diverse range of high-quality coffee offerings.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and improve staff skills .
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging coffee techniques to continually elevate our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, ideally with Speciality Coffee expertise -Minimum 3 years .
• Certifications in coffee related competitions e.g UAE Barista Championship.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of Specialty Coffee, including brewing methods and flavor profiles.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
