Description:

We are urgently looking for a Back-End Operations Manager

Project Duration: 6 months extendable

Work location: Ajman

Languages: Arabic & English mandatory

Qualifications:

• Education and Certifications: Bachelors
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 5-10 years of experience in digital administrative implementation positions, software engineering, or another relevant field

• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Ability to do both long-term thinking and short-term planning
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in digital system use and management
• Strong understanding of validation processes and eligibility check validation
• Firm knowledge of UAE institutions and dynamics
• Ability to communicate clearly

Key responsibilities

• Focus: Focuses on the delivery of back-end processes and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end or customer care department.
• Assign: Assigns workload (user and partner reviews) to back-end office admin analysts
• Report: Report to Operation Service director on back-end operations, the performance of analysts, any HR and operation needs, escalates to director major pending issues.
• Train: Trains, helps, and supports analysts.
• Develop: Develops any additional processes as required by platform updates, identified gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Validate: Supports analysts to review user and partner applications registered in the system back-end by the initiative to validate any documents uploaded by users against databases provided by partners.
• Review: Supports analysts to review authenticity and validity of user and partner documentation
