They are looking to urgently hire a candidate for the role of Chief Commercial Officer with one of their client in Dubai :

• Experience in the fintech industry and financial industry
• Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies whilst also having a mix of marketing, sales, and customer service expertise.
• Closing deals, developing the pipeline, and building a successful and effective commercial sales function.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels digital marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of the principles of Business Development and marketing and available agency resources.
• Knows how to apply them to further specific business objectives for the commercial business.
• Think creatively and inspire creativity. The individual should Develop innovative and provocative strategies to solve fintech marketing and business challenges, both in the short and long term.
