Description:
Mathew Medical Clinic LLC is looking for a dedicated Medical Coder / Receptionist to join its team in Deira, Dubai. This role combines front desk responsibilities with medical coding and insurance administration, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both patient interaction and administrative healthcare operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, processing medical coding and insurance claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and the clinic’s healthcare professionals. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations.
• Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient coordination.
• Perform accurate medical coding and billing.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Follow up on rejected or returned insurance claims.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a medical clinic or hospital.
• Experience with medical coding and insurance claims is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE medical insurance and TPA procedures.
• Good computer and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:

• EMR Systems and DHA Compliance
