Summary of the role:

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the property manager in overseeing the property and tending to the needs of tenants.

Their duties include researching and contacting potential tenants, arranging for building maintenance, respond to tenants’ inquiries, lease renewal, documentation, and managing payments.
