Description
Agrivex is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Dubai office. This on-site position is ideal for finance professionals with a solid understanding of UAE accounting regulations and experience managing financial activities within a trading environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with import and export-related financial processes. Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Process financial transactions related to import and export operations.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Perform additional finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Good understanding of Corporate Tax requirements.
• Previous experience in a trading company is preferred.
• Familiarity with import and export processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
