Description
ROR Coffee Solutions L.L.C. and Coffeedesk General Trading L.L.C. are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their growing Finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with strong financial reporting skills and experience in UAE accounting practices who are looking to build their careers within a leading specialty coffee company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and audit activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations. The role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems (ERPNext is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
