Description
Shriji Trading FZCO is urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic trading environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. Candidates with UAE or GCC accounting experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Complete account and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accounting accuracy.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Collaborate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Perform additional accounting and financial duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• UAE or GCC accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
