Description:
Transcorp International is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with strong warehouse management expertise who can oversee daily operations while ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfilment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading operational teams to achieve productivity targets. Candidates with previous experience in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse processes.
• Lead warehouse staff while improving productivity and operational performance.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet company standards and performance targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Previous Amazon Fulfilment Centre experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage team productivity and operational KPIs.
