Description:
Apex Detail Studio Dubai, a premium automotive detailing and paint protection facility, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage financial records, reporting, and daily accounting operations efficiently.
The successful candidate will support financial decision-making by maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring cash flow, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. This role is suitable for professionals who take ownership of financial accuracy and can work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform regular reconciliations.
• Track daily sales, customer collections, outstanding receivables, and supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and management reports.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
