Description:
Karwill Global Logistic LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Specialist to join its expanding team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a solid understanding of accounting principles and are eager to grow their career within a dynamic logistics organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with tax compliance activities. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Assist with VAT and Corporate Tax filing activities.
• Support the finance team with routine accounting and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
• Good understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bank reconciliations, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance.
