Description

Angle Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewal Operations Coordinator to support its Renewal Team through operational coordination, administrative assistance, and process improvement initiatives. The Renewal Operations Coordinator will serve as a key support resource for Renewal Managers by ensuring internal workflows, documentation, deadlines, and cross-functional activities are completed efficiently. This role does not manage customer accounts or negotiate renewals but plays an essential part in keeping renewal operations organized, accurate, and aligned across teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates located in the Central Standard Time zone are preferred to better support regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple Renewal Managers.

• Review renewal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing.

• Collect, organize, and maintain required renewal documents.

• Monitor shared renewal inboxes and direct requests to appropriate team members.

• Update HubSpot, Zendesk, and internal systems with accurate notes and records.

• Maintain electronic renewal files and shared team resources.

• Assist with quality assurance reviews to ensure documentation consistency.

• Manage the Renewal Team’s operational calendar, deadlines, schedules, and milestones.

• Track upcoming renewal activities and remind team members of important action items.

• Coordinate follow-ups with Underwriting, Billing, Eligibility, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management teams.

• Identify operational challenges and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Support renewal activities during high-volume periods.

• Assist with process improvement projects, workflow testing, and operational initiatives.

• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and department resources.

• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, customer service, or employee benefits.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Collaborative approach with a focus on team success.

• Experience in healthcare insurance or employee benefits is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing platforms is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:
