We are seeking for Assistant Manager Customer Service for our Head Office.

Location: Dubai (Al Qusais)

Role:

  • Manage and ensure a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely customer service operation as per the criteria set forth by the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken for providing prompt service to customer in all customer service areas [Front desk, call centre and branches]
  • Overseeing and assessing customer service operations and CSR staff activities
  • Implement the strategies and periodically review processes for any flaws or improvements, to ensure that the CSR staff fulfil all procedures, standards and instructions as laid down in Customer Service procedures.
  • Lead, guide and develop staff to ensure the maintenance of a disciplined, motivated work force, and adherence to customer service and other operation standards.
  • Perform all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner, e.g., monthly reports, performance appraisals, general correspondence, and complaint investigation and highlight areas of potential problems, reoccurring discrepancies, service failures and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Must ensure that the customer experience is ever evolving, and Excellence Driving remains at the forefront of the providing the best quality customer service. Provide statistics / monthly performance reports related to Customer Service for management’s review and advice.

Your should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years’ experience in customer service management (team handling experience is a must)
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and Leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
