Looking for candidates readily available in UAE to join our company as Administrative Assistant.

These are the main requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in UAE corporate services
  • Proficiency in English
  • Available in the UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and coordination with the Sales Team member to ensure each task is completed properly with a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Processing company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore companies) and all tasks related
  • Processing company renewals, and all tasks related
  • Processing licensing/renewal of offshore companies, and all tasks related
  • Processing UAE Visa (Residence, Investor, Employee, Dependent, Property visa, Visa cancellation, Visa renewal, New Visa and any other new type of UAE visas).
  • Processing all tasks related to clients acquiring Second Citizenship and all UAE Immigration/Employment tasks.
  • Processing any kind of amendments
  • Processing Liquidation/De-registration/Re-instating of companies.
  • Processing of any attestation of documents
  • Processing and coordinating all administrative tasks, and assist the CSM/CSE for any tasks related to My Business Consulting DMCC.
  • Coordination with the PROs for all tasks.
  • Ensures that any information and documentation recorded in the Project Management System PMS (company’s CRM software)
  • Proactively obtaining updated and current-dated applicable information about news, fees, procedures, and requirements of all authorities and partners which the company is working along with for all services
  • Assist the CSM/CSE for any tasks related to My Business Consulting DMCC.
  • Takeover of communication with clients directly after the CSM/CSE has handed it over to the Operations.
  • Proper coordination with the Finance department for any ongoing Tasks
  • Promote a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.
  • Promote highly positive and efficient teamwork, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.
