Description:

Urgent requirement for UI/UX Desinger in Dubai on a 1-year contract for major IT vendor.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team and help shape the user experience of our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users and enhance their overall interaction with our products.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. Translate findings into design solutions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• UI Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user experiences.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
• User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the design process.
• Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design system components.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design skills and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
