Description:
Voltron UAE is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join its MEP team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning, along with the ability to lead site teams and deliver projects efficiently.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support project completion according to specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, retrofit, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and site workers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and project specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper installation of AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ducting, piping, pumps, and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and equipment requirements.
Requirements:
• Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC works.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in construction, retrofit, facility management, or MEP projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
• Strong team supervision, leadership, and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC installation and maintenance

• AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ducting, and piping
• HVAC drawings and technical documentation
