Description:

WAHVE LLC is seeking an experienced Data Reporting Analyst to support insurance carrier and MGA clients in a remote work environment. This opportunity is designed for experienced insurance professionals who want to continue using their industry expertise while enjoying flexible work options.

The successful candidate will support commercial lines reporting activities, analyze insurance data, prepare regulatory reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and resolve data-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of ISO claims and premium reports through detailed analysis of ISO statistical plans.

• Collaborate with IT, TPA Services, and other departments to meet ISO reporting requirements.

• Maintain clear documentation of data extraction, formatting, and submission processes.

• Retrieve data from multiple systems, perform Excel-based data manipulation, and submit reports to state regulatory agencies.

• Analyze reporting challenges and data issues related to ISO and state requirements.

• Recommend solutions to reduce downstream errors and improve reporting processes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT and Underwriting, to identify reporting impacts and implement updates.

• Track, report, and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of full-time work experience.

• Minimum 10 recent years of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.

• Experience supporting insurance carrier or MGA reporting functions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Commercial lines insurance reporting

 • ISO claims and premium reporting

 • Data analysis and Excel reporting

 • Insurance regulatory requirements
